The great old classic by Rudyard Kipling has finally come to life. We previously had confirmation that Benedict Cumberbatch joining the cast. Good news, new casts have been added!
Never before have we encountered so many great actors we all Geeky fans know about. Ok, let's roll down the list and see who we've got.
Benedict Cumberbatch aka The Sherlock. He joined the cast as Shere Khan, the villainous tiger.
Christian Bale aka Dark Knight, has confirmed to be in the list. He will be the voice of Bagheera, the black panther.
Cate Blanchett aka Lady Galadriel will be voice actress as Kaa the phython
Rohan Chand from the movie Bad Words will play as Mowgli.
The story narrates about a young boy called Mowgli who was lost in the jungle and raised up by wolves. As he grew older, he befriend his family among the animal kingdom. Story progressed on as Balo the Bear and Bagheera protecting Mowgli from the killer tiger, Shere Khan.
And wait, not forget to mention that this will be the directional debut of our beloved Andy Serkis aka The Gollum. He will also be joining the cast as Balo the Bear.
Here's some interesting questions raised. How would Andy's first directing debut set a record in Hollywood? Are we expecting the story plot to be different from the classic? They have added the 'Origin' for a reason. Let's wait for the release while we build our excitement.
