A moon as we know is always visible at night. A full moon is something so normal to us that we normally take it for granted.
But twice a year, some fascinating feature seems to make the moon looked rather different. What we call as the 'Blood Moon'. It was a result of sunlight scattering off our atmosphere. It was such a beautiful sight.

From afar, it looked as if planet Mars was kind of near to our home planet. Orange in colour in our naked year. You can only catch a glimpse of this for a few hours.
Yesterday (8th October 2014), Blood Moon appeared around the time of 08:00 GMT is East US and 10:00 GMT in Asia.
However as I was walking back home earlier at nigh,, I was lucky to catch a look at the orangey Blood Moon. It does look different indeed, normally I don't even bother looking up the sky. Especially during a typical hot and humid temperature in Southeast Asia.
